Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here.

I'm Sally, a licensed clinical social worker based in El Segundo, California, dedicated to helping adults and teens navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I also specialize in supporting parents address the unique emotional challenges of raising children with food allergies.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy. I create a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you're looking for a fresh approach, I ensure your experience is both comfortable and meaningful. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan to empower you to live the life you’re meant for. I tailor our work to meet your unique needs and goals, helping you uncover patterns that may be holding you back. I actively participate in sessions, offering feedback when needed, while respecting that you are the expert of your own life. I'll also equip you with practical skills to apply outside of therapy, including tools to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, and restore balance in your life.

If you’d like to learn more or discuss whether we’re a good fit, I’d love to connect. Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation—I’m looking forward to meeting you.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is an evidence-based treatment for depression and anxiety that helps individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors, replacing them with healthier, more adaptive ways of thinking and acting.

Attachment Focused-EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

AF-EMDR is highly effective in treating trauma. It focuses on healing attachment injuries, repairing negative beliefs, and fostering emotional safety. Helps individuals build healthier relationships, regulate emotions, and develop a stronger sense of self.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy focuses on exploring how unconscious thoughts, emotions, and past experiences influence current behaviors and relationships. It helps individuals gain insight into their inner world, understand recurring patterns, and promotes healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.
